This limited edition helmet produced by Icaro features a modern look with modern functionality and comfort. The Nerv helmets have a 3mm polycarbonate shell encasing polystyrene and internal padding. There is an air vent that can be opened or closed using the center slide. The internal helmet padding is covered in a fabric designed for optimum comfort. The head-ring is flexible and can be adapted to all head shapes with a comfortable wheel regulator for a perfect fit of the head. The internal padding is easily removable for cleaning.

Helmet Safety: Hang Gliding, paragliding, and other extreme sports are dangerous. Helmets provide a degree of protection, but nothing is 100 percent when engaged in sports. The European Union (EU) has sport specific helmet certification standards. Each sport has its own characteristics; therefore, the design of the corresponding helmet is specifically tailored to their relevant EU safety requirements. This includes EN 966 for free flight sports such as hang gliding and paragliding; and EN 1077 for snow sports. All Icaro2000 helmets are tested and certified by CSI, an independent testing company recognized and authorized by the EU. All Icaro2000 helmets are designed and manufactured in Italy.

Note: Visors are an optional item. They are made of polycarbonate with anti-scratch and anti-fog treatment.

Sizing: The helmet size denotes the inner circumference of the internal padding. There are 3 sizes:

S from 53 cm to 56 cm

M from 57 cm to 59 cm

L from 60 cm to 61 cm

The internal helmet padding pieces are removable and can be changed. If you buy a helmet and you don't feel it comfortable, or it is not a good fit, we will send you new padding free of charge.
